Assistant Business Development Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Franchise & Market Development

  • Lead and coordinate new overseas market setups, including business incorporation, trademark and office setup/store build-outs

  • Oversee the full project lifecycle: construction, procurement, pre-opening training, operational handover, and post-opening support

  • Delegate as appropriate the various aspects of the position of Part Time Bartender, at the same time ensuring the accurate execution of the tasks.

  • Work with bar managers to ensure the smooth operation of the bars within the outlet and work closely with all departments in the coordination of functions and other matters.

  • Monitor and reduce the beverage cost where possible while maintaining the high standards of all beverages served in all outlets to a five-star level, including the monitoring of waste.

  • Carry out any other tasks as reasonably requested by the Bar Managers.
