Key Responsibilities
· Manage and oversee job duties for respective stations
· Prepare dishes according to the recipes and SOPs
· Plate and present dishes with exquisite precision
· Work with the kitchen team to ensure food consistency and quality
· Ensure that strict hygiene and cleanliness standards are constantly and
consistently upheld and adhered to in the restaurant, as well as excellent
upkeep of personal grooming
· Responsible for the compliance of all health, safety, and food hygiene
legislation
· Any other duties as assigned by Management
Requirements and Qualifications
· Familiar with cooking and grilling techniques for Asian cuisine
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to quickly learn new recipes and new cooking procedures
· Attention to detail with time management skills
· Ability to work efficiently and cooperatively in a team environment
· Ability to solve problems quickly
· Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
