The Assistant Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager in running the restaurant to brand standards, training and developing the team, and achieving customer, sales, and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Champion Pizza Hut’s culture, lead by example, and coach the team to deliver excellent performance.
• People Management: Manage shifts, allocate tasks, train and develop team members, and address performance issues.
• Customer Focus: Engage with customers, resolve issues, and ensure a great dining experience.
• Operations: Oversee day-to-day activities, manage labor and inventory, and ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
• Financials: Monitor sales, labor, and costs to meet daily/weekly targets.
